A private airport transfer includes door-to-door service from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport to your hotel, address, cruise port or onward destination in Finland. Your driver meets you inside the terminal with a name sign, and the transfer includes flight tracking, 60 minutes of free airport waiting time, tolls, parking, fuel, bottled water, USB chargers and English-speaking service. Child seats can be requested at no extra cost. The quote is fixed before the ride, so there are no surprise extras at the door. That is the whole point: land, meet the driver, leave.

The right vehicle depends on passenger count, luggage and comfort needs. A business sedan is best for solo travellers or couples with up to three passengers and standard luggage. A Mercedes V-Class or equivalent premium van works well for families, small groups and travellers with more bags, with space for up to six passengers. For groups of 7–16 passengers, we can arrange a Mercedes Sprinter or minibus, and larger coaches may be possible for corporate or tour groups. Share your passenger number, luggage and route, and we will recommend the right option.

We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup timing when your arrival changes. Flight delays are included in the service, so your driver is not simply waiting from the originally scheduled landing time while the meter quietly plots revenge. For airport arrivals, the transfer also includes 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, giving you time for passport control, baggage and walking through the terminal. If something unusual happens, our dispatch team can be contacted directly, so the pickup does not depend on guessing or hoping.
