Meet Santa without moving your Lapland base
Staying in Levi does not mean missing Santa Claus Village. This private day trip takes you approximately 170 kilometres south to Rovaniemi, allowing you to visit the Arctic Circle while keeping the same hotel or cabin throughout your holiday. An early pickup gives the day enough room, while your private driver-guide manages the winter roads, timing and return journey.
At Santa Claus Village, your guide introduces the main area and helps you plan the visit around your priorities. Meet Santa Claus in his office, cross the Arctic Circle and visit Santa Claus’ Main Post Office, where postcards can be sent with the Arctic Circle postmark. The remaining time can be used for lunch, shops or seasonal attractions, depending on availability and the pace of your party.
The standard Santa meeting is free, but queues are possible and advance meeting times cannot normally be reserved. Personal cameras are not permitted during the meeting; professional photos and video can be purchased separately. A Christmas Express Pass with priority access and a private family meeting can be requested at an additional price. The excursion suits all ages, although families should consider the approximately 340 kilometres of driving. Child seats are available on request, and mobility requirements should be shared in advance.
