A trip built around you, not around a brochure.

We came to Lapland with two children and, honestly, I underestimated how many moving parts there would be. Airport transfer, villa check-in, winter clothes, Santa day, huskies, reindeer, dinners, timings. Guidance made it feel easy. We always knew where to be and what to expect, but it never felt like someone was rushing us through a schedule. The kids still talk about the huskies and, of course, Santa. I could actually enjoy the trip instead of managing everyone every hour.

Our trip to Finnish Lakeland was exactly what we wanted after a few days in Helsinki. Castle, lake, spa, sauna, quiet roads and nature. The seal safari was a highlight of our trip!

We had only thought about Lapland in winter before, so summer was a surprise. Ruka and Oulanka were green, quiet and really fresh, especially after we came from hot Central Europe. The route had a good mix: city, Porvoo’s old town, a national park, animals and outdoor activities. We also had lovely and very cosy accommodation throughout the trip. Thank you, Guidance DMC team.

This was not just “go to a restaurant and eat”. We had local tastings, market stops, a cooking experience and small details that made both Tallinn and Helsinki feel more real. The trip was easy to follow and the ferry between Estonia and Finland was a nice part of the journey.

Beautiful hotel, easy pick-up, great guide and no stress. We would not have enjoyed it the same way without our guide Matteo. Helsinki and Porvoo were beautiful on their own, but having someone local explain the history, buildings and little details made the trip so much better. The sauna evening also made the trip feel more Finnish.

Very nice morning. We got picked up from the hotel. The guide was friendly and told us about Finnish nature on the way. Feeding the reindeer was the best part. They were calm and very sweet. After that, we had warm drinks by the fire. Very lovely!

Such a nice and peaceful experience. The alpacas were adorable and fluffy. We also met other animals, which was a good bonus. The farm staff were patient and very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The highlight was a baby alpaca that was born just three months ago, so he was especially cute!

It was truly a pleasure working with you on this group, and I would like to sincerely thank you for all your support and hard work. We will definitely work with your team again the next time we have a group in the region.

Compared to our experience last year we had with another agency, I am absolutely delighted with how everything went this time😊.

The kids would have stayed outside in the snow all day if we’d let them. I was very happy to come back to the villa! Having our own space worked so well for us. Nobody had to get ready for dinner the second we got home, and we could just relax together. I expected to love the activities, but those cozy evenings ended up being a big part of the vacation for me.

We did Finland, Sweden and Norway. I’m very happy we booked it with Guidance because I honestly would not know how to connect all these places myself. The trip had cities, trains, a ferry and fjords. I think Norway was our favourite country. The views were unforgettable! We came home tired but very happy.

The sauna dinner was amazing. The food was so good and the place was beautiful. Our guides and chef were very professional and friendly.

We saw the Northern Lights and I cried. Our week felt like we were inside a winter movie: snow, reindeer, sauna, huskies, warm drinks and aurora. Everything was arranged so well and we felt taken care of the whole time. This was a dream trip for us. Thank you so much for these memories!

Nina was an amazing guide. Passionate and professional. Highlights were Porvoo, reindeer, the fortress and the candle-making workshop. Nina made Helsinki feel like home.
